BLU X1 with 2GB RAM, HD display launched in India at Rs. 5999

The US based Smartphone manufacture BLU has expanded its range for the Indian market with the launch of BLU X1. The Smartphone is exclusively available via Amazon India at an asking price of Rs. 5999 and it comes in white color only. The device is not listed on company’s official website yet. At this price, it will take on the likes of Asus Zenfone Go, Micromax Canvas A1 and Lenovo A2010.

Coming to the specifications, the Blu X1 sports a capacitive 5 inch HD IPS display with pixel density of 294ppi and screen resolution of 1280*720 pixels. It is powered by a 2.0 GHz Octa core Mediatek processor clubbed with 2GB RAM and Mali T-720 GPU. It has 16GB of in-built storage which can be further expandable via a Micro SD card up to 128GB.

At back, there is an 8MP primary shooter that gets LED flash support and also capable of recording FHD videos at 30FPS. It also comes with handful of features like Geo tagging, HDR, panorama and auto focus. Selfies can be taken via a 2MP front facing camera. On the operating system front, it runs on dated Android Lollipop 5.1 out of the box.

The BLU X1 packs with 4G LTE, dual Sim, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, bluetooth 4.0, GPS, A-GPS, Micro USB 2.0, FM radio and 3.5mm audio jack. It is backed by a non removable 2300mah battery and boasts range of sensors like proximity, compass, magnetic, accelerometer and G-sensor.
