Alcatel introduced many smartphones with the first Android Oreo (Go edition) called Alcatel 1X at the MWC last month. Now, the company has announced its foray of the latest editions in the Indian markets. The phone comes pre-installed with new Google’s Go apps offering better performance, less demand for storage, and efficient data use. Here we bring you more updates on the new smartphone.
Specifications
The Alcatel 1x has a 5.34-inch (480 x 960 pixels) FWVGA+ 18:9 display and will be powered by 1.28GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6739 64-bit processor with PowerVR Rogue GE8100 GPU. The OS the Alcatel phone runs on is Android 8.1 (Oreo Go Edition) and it is a dual SIM device. Its connectivity options have 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB OTG and its dimensions measure 147.5 x 70.6 x 9.15 mm while it weighs 151g.
Camera
For optics, the phone has a 13MP primary camera with LED flash and an 8MP front camera with LED flash.
Storage
The smartphone gets 1GB RAM with 16GB internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB with micro SD card.
Battery
The Alcatel 1x Android Oreo (Go Edition) carries a 2460mAh battery.
Price
The price for the device would be revealed closer to its launch.
