Honor 10 was launched in China but the company was not sure about bringing it to India, Now recently Flip kart confirmed that Honor 10 will launch exclusively on the site in May end. On the occasion P Sanjeev, Vice-President Sales, Huawei India-Consumer Business Group, said: We are delighted to announce that Flipkart will be our exclusive online sale partner for Honor 10. At Honor, we have always believed in making our products easily accessible for our consumers by opting for strategic partnerships. We are confident that this association with Flipkart, will help strengthen our position in the Indian smartphone market. The phone is expected to be introduced in the global markets at an event in London on 15th May. Honor 10 has a curved glass body and is also available in the purple color that is achieved by applying several layers of NCVM optical coatings, but we are not sure this version will come in India or not. Honor 10 specifications:
The Smartphone features a 5.84 inch Full HD+ LCD 2.5D curved glass display with 96% NTSC color gamut and is powered by Octa-Core Huawei Kirin 970 10nm processor with Mali-G72 MP 12 GPU. It runs on Android 8.1 (oreo) with EMUI 8.1, offers Dual SIM and has an infrared sensor and fingerprint sensor. On connectivity section, the phone offers Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2 and USB Type-C. The device has a 3400 mAh/ 3320 mAh battery with fast charging ability that can charge up to 50% of battery in 25 minutes.
Storage:
The device offers 6 GB RAM and two different internal storage options 64GB/ 128GB.
Camera:
Honor 10 is equipped with 16-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and 24-megapixel secondary rear camera with f/1.8 aperture, depth focus, PDAF and 24-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.
Price:
The Honor 10 is priced for 2599 yuan (INR 27,230 approx.) for the 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage version and 2999 yuan (INR 31,420 approx.) for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version in China. It is not clear if the company is planning to launch only the 6GB + 128GB version like the View 10, but it is expected to be competitively priced.
