Nokia HMD Global is planning to launch a new high-end flagship Nokia smartphone. As per the reports, the phone is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. The device also features an in-display fingerprint sensor, making it the first Nokia phone with this feature.
Further, It is said that HMD Global will work with its hardware supplier and manufacturing partner FIH Mobile for a few flagship smartphones. Internally the device is referred to as Nokia A1 Plus. The phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 with eight-cores clocked at 2.8GHz and in-display fingerprint sensor with LG Display.
In the camera section, it is said that the company is working on it back from February 2018. Initially, its launch was aimed at mid-2018 but due to hurdles in development the launch got delayed and now it will be launched in the second half of the year. But according to few reports if everything falls into place it might launch early too.
