Coming Soon: Razer Phone 2

The Razer Phone 2 is expected to launch soon and it is the company’s second generation flagship smartphone. This device has always been a subject of multiple leaks and is now all set to launch on October 10th . The information about the launch of the phone came from Android Headlines, a mobile portal. But, Android Headlines claims that the render came from a “reliable source”. The phone undoubtedly looks similar to last year’s Razer Phone. Looking closely at the device it is said to flaunt slightly thicker side bezels than its previous phone. Here we have what the gaming phone is expected to come with:

Specifications

The rear panel of the handset has not been changed as it remains the same. However, it was spotted getting bench-marked on a couple of sites. As per revelations it will carry a QHD (2,160 x 1,440p) resolution display, which is again the same as its predecessor. Earlier the phone had a 5.6-inch panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 845 SoC with a powerful processor that is up to 2.8 GHz. It is also expected to run on a custom-based Android Oreo out of the box that is Android Pie OS which can optimize the device for a better gaming performance.

Camera

The phone for cameras will have a dual 12MP main camera with F1.75 wide angle lens, dual LED flash, and an 8 MP front-shooter with F2.0 wide angle lens.

Storage

The handset is said to have 8GB RAM and up to 512GB/256 GB internal storage.

Battery

The phone is said to get a bigger battery with 4,500mAh capacity.

Price

The price for the handset is not revealed yet, we will get to know it closer to its launch.
