Samsung launched its first Android Go smartphone- Galaxy J2 Core earlier this year, however because of the less specifications it didn’t go well. So now the brand is back with its second Android Go handset- Galaxy J4 Core. This time the smartphone has a more powerful spec sheet and bigger display to impress the audience. Samsung Galaxy J4 Core specifications:
The device features a large a 6-inch HD+ (720×1480) display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and it is powered by 1.4GHz, quad-core processor backed by Cortex-A53 cores and Exynos 7570 SoC. The display this time will be bigger than Galaxy J2 Core and will have slim bezels all around and a taller panel.This Android Go device will run on a stock and lightweight version of Android 8.1 Oreo. This software is optimized to work smoothly on devices with 1GB of RAM or lower and minimal storage. The handset has a powerful 3,300mAh battery.
On the connectivity front it will offer Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, USB 2.0, GPS, GLONASS and 4G support. The phone will come preloaded with customized Google apps such as Google Go, YouTube Go, Gmail Go. The company has also reworked most of its own apps to work smoothly on its Android Go devices.
Storage:
The smartphone is mated to 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 512GB via microSD card.
Camera:
The smartphone will be equipped with a single 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture size and accompanied with a single LED flash and a 5-megapixel front camera with the same f/2.2 aperture size.
Price and color:
It will be available in Gold, Black and Blue colors. The official price of the phone is yet to be announced.
