Gionee’s first made in India device F103 has a successor now in the form of F103 Pro, priced at Rs. 11,999 the device is available via leading online and brick and mortar stores across India in white and black colors. The F103 was launched in October last year with 2GB RAM though it got the 1 GB RAM variant later on.
The Smartphone sports chrome finish sides and flaunts a 5 inch HD IPS One cell display with 2.5D glass on top. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad core Mediatek MT6735 processor which is now linked with 3GB of RAM. The device bears 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB using a Micro SD card. It runs on Marshmallow operating with updated version Amigo 3.2 UI while its predecessor had Android Lollipop.
Arriving to the camera segment where it gets a 13 megapixel primary camera with LED flash, phase detection auto focus (PDAF) and bundled with various additional beautification features such as HDR, professional, face beauty, mood photo, smart scan, night mode, time lapse, text recognition, Pic note, GIF and Macro. Up front is a 5MP Selfie snapper. It measures 145.3 x 70.5 x 8.5mm and weighs 143 grams.
The F103 Pro packs with 4G LTE with VoLTE, dual Sim, bluetooth 4.0, GPS/AGPS, USB OTG, 3.5mm jack and Micro USB 2.0 port as connectivity options. It bears 16GB of on board storage which can be further boosted up to 128GB using a Micro SD card. A 2400mah battery keeps the phone running which can provide 470 hours of standby time and 20 hours of talktime.
