After launching Pioneer 2M Smartphone, Gionee has launched its new flagship in Marathon series called Marathon M4 which comes with some interesting features. The latest Smartphone of Gionee is priced at Rs.15, 499 and it will be available via both offline and online stores in black and white color variants. With 5000mah battery, it is now has the largest battery in sub 15,000 Smartphone category beating its own sibling M2 which had a 4200mah battery.
Coming over to the specifications, the latest Marathon series device packs with a 5 inch HD super AMOLED display and powering the phone is a 1.3GHz Quad core 64-bit processor aided by 2GB of RAM and Mali 400 GPU.
The new Gionee comes with 16 GB internal storage which can be further expands up by another 32GB via Micro SD card. It boasts an 8 megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and a 5 MP front facing camera.
Gionee Marathon M4 runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box with Amigo 3.0 UI on top. It has dual Sim support with 4G compatibility on both, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 3G, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB OTG as connectivity options.
The device measures 144.7×71.2×10.18mm and weighs 176grams which is on the heavier side. The 5000mah battery is rated to deliver up to 18 hours of talktime and 400 hours of standby time on 3G networks.
