HTC Desire 825 Launched – Price, Specifications and Features

HTC launched a number of Smartphones in India which include much awaited and hyped flagship HTC 10 which is one of the first to come with OIS feature on both the cameras. Alongside desire 628 dual Sim, HTC has also rolled out Desire 825 which now sports all new design and priced at Rs. 18,990 which seems a bit higher. The Smartphone will be available from 14th June via HTC official website and other leading offline and online retail stores.

It comes with a bigger 5.5-inch HD Super LCD display protected by Corning Gorilla glass and offers pixel density of 267ppi. The device is backed by Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Quad core processor clubbed with 2GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB of on-board storage which is further expandable up to 2TB using a Micro SD card.

The Desire 825 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with BSI sensor, f/2.2 aperture and 1080p video recording capabilities, alongside a 5-megapixel Selfie camera with f/2.8 aperture and 33.7mm focal length. It runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 wrapped under HTC sense UI on top. Connectivity options include dual-SIM 4G LTE support, bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n etc. It takes its juice from a 2700mah battery with fast charging support which is rated to deliver 24 hours of talktime and standby time up to 28 days.

HTC desire 825 has some special features such as 3 finger swipe for multimedia streaming, sensor hub for activity tracking, pocket mode, flip to mute and motion launch. It also bundled with Hi-res headset to deliver high quality audio experience.
