Dual camera setup has become talk of the town nowadays as many companies are going for this feature. Apple’s new IPhone rumored to get the same set up which is scheduled for official launch on 7th September 2016. Now, the Chinese tech giant Huawei has launched its much awaited photography centric Smartphone P9 at an asking price of Rs. 39,999. The phone was revealed in April this year alongside P9 plus which unfortunately hasn’t launched in India.
It exclusively is on sale at Flipkart in Titanium grey, mystic silver and prestige gold colors. Soon after, it will be available at Croma and Poorvika stores. Huawei is also offering 2 years warrant which includes free pick up and drop facility and 3 months display damage/replacement warranty.
The Smartphone sports dual rear cameras with one captures full color images while other is use to capture monochrome pictures. The rear set up also supports dual tone LED flash, Leica SUMMARIT lenses, f/2.2 aperture and laser auto focus. Touted as flagship, it has aerospace grade aluminum, diamond edges and a layer of 2.5D glass on top.
The Huawei sports a 5.2-inch full-HD IPS LCD display with 1080×1920 pixels of display resolution and powered by a Kirin 955 64-bit Octa-core processor clubbed with 3GB RAM and Mali T880-MP4 GPU. It has 32GB on in-built storage which can be further expandable up to 128GB using a Micro SD card.
Apart from dual rear set up, it is also equipped with 8MP front facing camera with f/2.2 aperture. On the software front, it runs on Marshmallow 6.0 wrapped under EMUI 4.1. For connectivity, it includes 4G LTE, bluetooth 4.2, NFC, USB Type-C, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and infrared. Sensors on board are fingerprint and infrared.
It is packed with a 3000mah battery which supports fast charging. The 4GB RAM variant is equipped with a 3400mah unit with dual IC rapid charge and can deliver 6 hours of talktime after 10 minutes of charging.
