InFocus has launched a new premium Smartphone named M812 for the Indian market and registrations for the same has already begun. The Smartphone will go on sale from 1st October 2015 via Snapdeal at a price tag of Rs. 19,999. The US based company unveiled the Smartphone in July this year and after a gap of almost three months they introduced it in India.
The Phablet boasts a unibody design, which InFocus claim is sculpted out of a single block of aluminum. It sports 5.5inch full HD display with 1920 ×1080 pixels resolution and it is protected with a layer of corning Gorilla glass 3.
The phone is powered by a 2.5GHz 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974AC) processor aided by 3GB of RAM and 16GB on internal storage, though user can expand it 128GB using a Micro SD card.
On camera front, it features a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with a true tone dual-LED flash, and an 8-megapixel front snapper with f/1.8 aperture and 80-degree wide-angle lens. InFocus has managed to keep the Smartphone 7.38mm thick while carrying the weight of just 120 grams. It runs on runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) with Inlife UI on top.
Connectivity options on the Phablet includes 4G LTE FDD-LTE (700/900/1800/2100/2600MHz)/ 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4/5 GHz), GPS/A-GPS, GLONASS, bluetooth 4.0 and USB OTG.
There is a non-removable 2,900mAh battery to complete the package which supports quick charge technology and charges the battery up to 40% in 30 minutes and 80% in just one hour time.
