Continuing its launch onslaught in India, Intex has launched two new 4G enabled Smartphones for the Indian market. Badged at Aqua Crystal and Aqua Supreme Plus, the Smartphones have been priced at Rs. 6990 and Rs, 9490 respectively. Both the Smartphones are available in black and white colors while Aqua supreme plus is also available with Champagne hue. Both are VoLTE enabled devices and run on Android Marshmallow 6.0 out of the box.
Intex Aqua Crystal
Intex Aqua crystal has a glass back and comes with a 5 inch HD IPS display with a screen resolution of 1280*720 pixels. Under the hood is a Quad core Mediatek MT6737V processor clocked at 1.25 GHz and aided by 1GB RAM and Mali-T720 GPU. The device boasts 8GB of internal storage which can be further expandable up to 32GB using a Micro SD card.
The Dual Sim device offers an 8MP primary rear camera with LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. Up front is a 5MP front facing camera for selfies and video calling. It also includes standard connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS, GLONASS, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Micro USB, 3.5mm audio jack and FM radio. It is fuelled by a 2100mah battery claims to deliver up to 200 hours of standby time and up to 6 hours of talktime. Measuring 140×71.2×8.3mm, it comes with some pre-loaded apps like FTY, MiFon Security, Tap & Buy and Vistoso apps.
Intex Aqua Supreme Plus
Intex Aqua Supreme also features a 5 inch HD IPS display with 1280*720 pixels of screen resolution. It utilizes a 1.3 GHz quad core Mediatek MT6737 processor clubbed with 2GB RAM and Mali-T720 for graphics. The device sports 16GB of internal storage and supports Micro SD card up to 128GB.
The camera segment includes a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, 1.12um pixel size and f/2.0 aperture. Other features include HDR; face Detection GIF Creation and Panorama. For Selfies and Video calling it is equipped with a 5MP front facing camera with f/2.2 aperture.
In terms of connectivity, Aqua Supreme + offers 4G VoLTE (TDD LTE band 40, FDD LTE band 3), Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, GPS/A-GPS, bluetooth 4.0, 3.5mm audio jack, FM radio and Micro USB. Powering it is a 3000mah battery which claims to deliver up to 300 hours of standby time and up to 6 hours of standby time. The Indus OS supports 9 regional languages and recharge 2.0 on Indus dialer with usage analysis and balance.
