Reliance retail has launched two new Smartphones in India called Flame 8 and Wind 3 and like rest Lyf series Smartphones they both support 4G LTE. The LYF flame is available for 4199 and it is exclusively launched at e-commerce website Flipkart. It is for the first time ever the brand has partnered with any online retail site to sell its Smartphones. Lyf Flame 8 is available in just single black hue.
The device features 4.5 inch FWVGA display bearing screen resolution of 480*854 pixels and pixel density of 201ppi. The screen is protected with a layer of AGC glass coating. It is powered by a 1.1GHz Quad core Snapdragon 210 processor clubbed with 1GB RAM and Adreno 304 GPU. It gets 8-gigs of in-built storage, which users can further expand up to 128GB by simply inserting a micro SD card. The Hybrid dual SIM powered handset runs on dated Android Lollipop 5.1 operating system.
The entry level offing is equipped with an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and loaded with features such as panorama, auto focus, red eye reduction, continuous auto focus, auto frame rate, blink detection, video HDR support, Smile and Gaze detection. For Selfies and video calling, it has a 5 MP front facing camera.
Connectivity features include 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Micro USB 2.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and FM radio. It measures 66.2×132.6×9.3 mm and weighs 138 grams. A 2000mah Li-Ion battery completes the list that’s claim to deliver up to 8 hours of talktime on 4G network and up to 160 hours of standby time on 2G networks.
