Motorola has launched Moto G5 plus Smartphone in India while G5 will be launched at a later stage. Moto G5 Plus is available in two variants- 3GB RAM/16GB memory is priced at Rs. 14,999 while 4GB RAM+32GB RAM cost at Rs. 16,999. It will be available from Flipkart starting midnight in Lunar Gray and Fine Gold colors.
The Moto G5 Plus comes with some launch offers like additional 10% discount on SBI cards, Moto Pulse 2 headset for a discounted price of Rs. 599, no cost EMI starting at 1889/month. Flipkart has also introduced a Buyback Guarantee for G5 plus in which users will be assured of fixed exchange of Rs. 7000 for up to 8 months after purchase.
It flaunts all metal design with 5.2 inch full HD display with 1920*1080 pixels of resolution and corning gorilla 3 protection. Under the hood is a 2GHz Octa core Snapdragon 625 processor with Adreno 506 GPU and 3GB/4GB RAM. The Phone comes with two memory options 16GB and 32GB though you can further expand it up to 128GB via a Micro SD card.
The camera segment includes a 12MP primary camera with dual tone LED flash, f/1.7 aperture, 4k video recording, dual pixel autofocus and Sony IMX362 sensor. Up front is a 5MP Selfie camera with screen flash, Omni vision OV5695 sensor and f/2.2 aperture. It also features fingerprint sensor at its home button and water repellent Nano coating.
For connectivity, the Smartphone offers dual Sim, 4G VoLTE, bluetooth 4.2, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, GLONASS, NFC and 3.5mm audio jack. To run the show, G5 Plus is backed by a 3000mah battery with fast charging support. It measures 150.2x74x7.7 to 9.7mm and weighs 155 grams. Sensors include accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient Light and proximity.
