Moto G5 with Android 7.0, 4G VoLTE launched in India for Rs. 11,999

After launching Moto G5 Plus last month, Lenovo/Moto has now introduced Moto G5 in India. Priced at Rs. 11,999, it will be available exclusively on Amazon India starting today midnight in Lunar Gray and Fine Gold colors. HDFC credit card users will get Rs. 1000 cashback while Amazon Prime customers will get Rs. 1000 Amazon credits. Early birds will a 16GB Micro SD card with Moto G5. Like bigger sibling, it also sports metal unibody design, water repellent coating and runs Android Nougat out of the box. Other highlights include twist gesture, one button Nav mode, Moto display etc.

As for the specifications, Moto G5 flaunts a 5 inch full HD display with pixel density of 441ppi and Corning Gorilla glass 3. The device is backed by an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor clubbed with 3GB of RAM. It has 16GB of internal memory and can further hold a Micro SD card up to 128GB.

The fingerprint sensor is integrated at the home button and bears a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash, PDAF and f/2.0 aperture. It sports a 5-megapixel front camera with a wide-angle lens and an f/2.2 aperture.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS Micro-USB and 3.5mm headphone jack. Powering it is a 2800 battery with 10W rapid charging.
