Samsung has expanded its 4G Smartphone line up in India by launching Galaxy J1 (4G) at Rs. 6890 (best buy). The phone has a metal frame and bundled with Ultra data saving mode, S Bike mode, VoLTE and S power planning. It will be soon available via leading retailers across the country, as of now it is listed on Samsung India’s website in Gold, white and black color.
Coming to specs, J1 4G sports a 4.5 inch Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 480*800 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core Spreadrum SC7727SE processor with 1GB RAM and Mali 400 GPU. It comes with 8GB of internal storage which is further expandable via Micro SD card.
It houses a 5MP auto focus rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and 720p video recording. For Video calling and Selfies, it sports a 2MP front facing camera with f/2.2 aperture. It runs on dated Android Lollipop 5.1 out of the box.
Besides 4G, it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, FM radio and 3.5 mm audio jack for connectivity. Samsung Galaxy J1 4G measures 132.6×69.3×8.9mm and weighs 131 grams. A 2050mah battery keeps the phone running.
