Samsung launched the 2016 version of J2 Smartphone last month at Rs. 9799, now company has introduced a new variant of the same called J2 PRO. Priced at Rs. 9890, it comes with some enhanced specifications and will be exclusive to Snapdeal. It comes in traditional Silver, black and gold color variants.
The Smart glow LED ring also makes its way to Pro version which blinks up for calls, battery and notifications and also supports Selfie assist feature. It also comes with the S bike mode and Ultra Data Saving mode. The turbo speed technology (TST) another technology which is worth mentioning, as per the company this technology results in enriching the performance including apps opening up to 40% faster.
The J2 pro features 2GB RAM and 16GB internal memory instead of 1.5GB RAM and 8GB in-built storage in the 2016 J2 galaxy while rest of the specifications is same to the standard variant like it sports a 5 inch HD super AMOLED display featuring 1280*720 and it is backed by a 1.5 GHz quad core Spreadtrum SC8830 processor clubbed with 2GB of RAM and Mali-400 MP2 GPU. Apart from 16GB internal storage it can hold up to a 128GB of Micro SD card.
On the camera front, it bears an 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and auto focus. Up front is a 5MP front shooter with f/2.2 aperture. It has the latest Android Marshmallow 6.0 operating system.
For connectivity, it offers 4G LTE, bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n with Wi-Fi direct, GPS, GLONASS, Micro USB 2.0, FM radio and 3.5mm audio jack. A 2600mah battery keeps the phone alive.
