Sony Xperia XA1 with 23MP camera, Android nougat launched in India for Rs. 19990

Sony has launched its new mid-range Smartphone Xperia XA1 in India at Rs. 19,990. Unveiled at MWC 2017, it is the successor of last year’s Sony Xperia XA. The device is available across the country in black, white and pink colours. The highlight of XA 1 includes a 23MP rear camera with hybrid autofocus, 24mm wide-angle lens, f/2.0 aperture, 5x zoom, and edge to edge display with aluminium sides.

The Sony Xperia XA1 comes with a 5 inch HD display featuring 1280*720 pixels of screen resolution and Corning Gorilla glass protection. It is powered by a 2.3 GHz MediaTek Helio P20 Octa core processor clubbed with 3GB RAM and ARM Mali T880 MP2 GPU. The onboard 32GB of internal memory can be further expanded up to 256GB using a Micro SD card.

For Selfies and video calling, the device supports an 8MP autofocus Sony IMX219 camera with f/2.0 aperture. The device runs on Android Nougat 7.0 operating system out of the box. For connectivity, the Smartphone offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. bluetooth 4.2, NFC, USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi Miracast etc.

The Sony Xperia XA1 is juiced by a 2300mah battery with fast charging support. It measures 145 x 67 x 8 mm and weighs 143 grams. In addition, Sony is offering a three-month free subscription of Sony LIV with the device.
