Sony Xperia XZ1 with Snapdragon 835, Android Oreo launched in India for Rs. 44990

Sony has launched its latest flagship Smartphone in India called Xperia XZ1. Unveiled at IFA 2017, Sony Xperia XZ1 runs Android Oreo 8.0 on the first boot and sports the latest Snapdragon 835 chipset. However, the talking point of the device is its 3D Scanning camera. Priced at Rs. 44,990, the Smartphone is available via offline and online stores. It is available in The Xperia XZ1 will be available in Venus Pink, Moonlit Blue, Warm Silver and Black colours. In addition, it comes with some promotional offers such as zero cost EMI, 5 percent cash back on HDFC and ICICI cards, and Rs. 1,000 discount on the Rs. 3,490 Style Stand Cover.

Sony Xperia XZ1 flaunts a 5.2 inch HDR TRILUMINOS Display with X-Reality and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. As said, it runs on the latest Octa-Core Snapdragon 835 Mobile Platform clubbed with 4GB RAM and Adreno 540 GPU. It comes with 64GB of onboard storage which can be further expanded up to 256GB via a Micro SD card.

Coming to the optics, the device bears a 19MP primary rear camera with Exmor RS sensor, 5-axis image stabilization, 960fps super slow motion videos, anti-distortion shutter, predictive capture and 3D creator app which let you capture in 3D avatars. Up front is a 13MP front-facing camera with, 22mm wide-angle f/2.0 lens, 1/3 Exmor RS sensor and capable of recording 1080p videos.

The handset sports fingerprint sensor integrated into its home button and comes with Water Resistant (IP65/IP68). Other special features on board are LDAC, DSEE HX, Digital Noise Cancelling. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz) MIMO GPS/ GLONASS, USB 3.1 Type-C and NFC. The Smartphone packs with 2700mAh battery that supports Quick Charge 3.0 technology. At tape, it measures 156 x 77 x 7.9 mm and weight 155 grams.
