Videocon launches Krypton 22 with Android Nougat for Rs 7200

After launching Delite 11+ last month, Videocon has launched another entry level Smartphone called Krypton 22 with VoLTE support in India. Priced at Rs. 7200, it offers Android Nougat, 4G with VoLTE and IR blaster. It will be available via major retail stores in black color variant. The Krypton 22 also comes with a full version game from Gameloft and a one-year free subscription to Eros Now.

Videocon Krypton 22 sports a 5-inch display with a screen resolution of 854*480 pixels and powered by a 1.1 GHz Quad core Mediatek MT6737 processor clubbed with 2GB RAM. On board storage is 16GB that’s further expandable up to 64GB using a Micro SD card.

On the optics front, it offers an 8MP primary rear camera with dual LED flash and a 5MP Selfie camera with LED flash. The IR blaster The IR Blaster can access and control TV, set top boxes, fans, Air conditioners, DVD players and other electrical devices.

The dual Sim device offers standard connectivity options such as 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG, 3.5mm jack and FM radio. The Smartphone also comes with SOS and panic button. A 2,450mAh battery completes the list.
