The launch of Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro has taken the Indian Smartphone market by storm. Redmi Note 5 Pro falls in the most competitive space in Indian mobile industry and there are equal alternatives available of this handset. Some of them are Honor 7X and Samsung Galaxy on7 Prime and coolPad Coolplay 6 smartphones. We have compared the phone with Redmi Note 5 to find out which one is a better choice:

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a 5.99 inch full HD display with aspect ratio 18:9. The Coolpad coolPlay 6 has 5.5-inch full HD display with 16:9 aspect ratio and same is the case with Galaxy On7 Prime. Honor 7X features a bigger 5.9-inch full HD+ display which makes it better than Redmi Note 5.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro runs on Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor, which was launched four months ago. Coolpad CoolPlay 6 runs on two-year-old Snapdragon 653 processor and falls behind Redmi Note 5 Pro. Galaxy On 7 Prime and Honor 7x has older processors as well.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is packed with a 4000mAh battery, which is same as Coolpad CoolPlay 6. The Galaxy On7 Prime has a lesser powerful battery of 3300mAh, while Honor 7X has a slightly better battery of 3340mAh.
• Price- Honor 7X has a good package
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is priced at 13,999 INR (4GB) and 16999 INR (64GB). CoolPlay 6 is priced at 14999 INR, Honor 7X is available for 12999 INR (32GB) and 15999 INR (64GB). The Galaxy On7 Prime costs 12990 INR and 14990 INR. So, the cheapest is Honor 7X 32 GB.
