ZOPO Flash X1 and Flash X2 with infinity display launched; starting at Rs. 6999

Zopo has launched its latest budgeted Smartphones called Flash X1 and X2 in India. The highlight of both is bezel-less display with a taller-than-usual aspect ratio of 18:9 and almost 83 percent of the screen to body ratio. The Zopo Flash X1 and X2 are priced at Rs. 6999 and Rs. 8999 respectively and will be available in Coral Blue, Alien Black and Citrine Gold colours.

Both will be available to buy via offline stores across the country and the company also said that it is looking for an exclusive tie-up with a partner to sell the new Smartphones online. The duo runs on MediaTek processors, sports fingerprint sensor which claims to unlock the device in just 0.16 seconds and side metal frame.

ZOPO Flash X1

Coming to the core specs, Zopo Flash X1 sports a 5.5-inch (1280 x 640 pixels) Fullscreen 18:9 HD 2.5D curved glass display and powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6734 processor linked with 2GB RAM and Mali-T720 GPU. It has 16GB of internal memory which can be further expandable up to 64GB using a Micro SD card.

As for the optics, the Smartphone comes with an 8MP rear camera with LED Flash, Sony IMX219 sensor, f/2.4 aperture. Up front is a 5MP front-facing camera with soft LED flash, f/2.2 aperture. The Hybrid SIm device runs on Android Nougat 7.0 out of the box. The connectivity options on Flash X1 includes dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack. It is powered by a 2500mAh battery.

ZOPO Flash X2

The Zopo Flash X2 sports bigger display of 5.99-inch in Full 18:9 HD+ 2.5D curved glass display. It takes its juice from a quad-core MediaTek MT6737T 64-bit processor clocked at 1.5GHz and accompanied by 2GB RAM and Mali-T720 GPU. The 16GB onboard storage can be further expandable up to 128GB using a Micro SD card.

ZOPO Flash X2

Camera, Connectivity options are similar to X1 however it bears a bigger battery of 3380mah which can last one day with heavy to medium usage.

Commenting on the launch, Sanjeev Bhatia, CEO, ZOPO Mobile India, said, “First ones to bring deca-core, first ones to bring the cheapest dual camera, now first ones to bring cheapest 18:9 technology for the masses. We are always keen for bringing innovating to the masses”.
