Samsung Galaxy Note 5 gets dual SIM variant, priced at Rs. 51,400

Samsung has introduced a dual SIM variant of its premium Phablet Galaxy Note 5 in India at price tag of Rs. 51,400 (32GB). But similar to the single Sim variant, user has the choice of two storage options- 32 GB and 64 GB with no memory expandable slot. In addition to the launch of new variant, Samsung has also announced the price cut for the single SIM Note 5, the 32GB version will now be available at Rs. 47,900 and 64GB will cost at Rs. 53,900.

In terms of specs, the Dual SIM Note 5 features a 5.7 inch Quad HD Super AMOLED Curved display with pixel density of 518ppi and 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution. Powering it is an Octa core Exynos 7420 processor aided by massive 4GB of RAM. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box with TouchWiz UI on top.

It bears the same 16MP rear camera supporting OIS, LED flash and 4K video recording capability along with 5MP front snapper with f/1.96 aperture. It has a 3000mah battery with fast wired and wireless charging support. The dual SIM Galaxy note 5 measures 153.2×76.1×7.6mm and weights 171 grams.

The dual SIM device comes in same three color shades-Silver Titanium, black sapphire and Gold platinum. For connectivity, it supports, 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, 2×2 MIMO, bluetooth 4.2 LE, NFC, dual band, Wi-Fi direct, Micro USB 2.0, GPS/GLONASS and ANT+. It also sports integrated Fingerprint and heart rate sensors, and the improved S Pen.
