Well, 2017 is ending and Samsung knows how it plans to welcome 2018. If reports are to be believed the S9 and S9+ will be launched in January or February in the coming year. One thing is confirmed that Samsung plans to launch its all new S9 and S9+ in the 1st quarter of 2018.

Reports say Samsung S9 will come in 5.8-inch HDR display whereas S9+ will come in 6.2-inch HDR display. If rumors are to be believed then both Samsung S9 and S9+ will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845.The operating system of Samsung S9 and S9+ will be Android 8.0 Oreo. Camera of Samsung phones is a major attraction and if reports are to be believed then both the phones will come with two 12-megapixel cameras with 10x optical zoom & 1,000fps.
A fingerprint sensor is also on the cards but there is no confirmation about its position, as to where will it be, the back or under the screen. Water-resistant IP68 is the specialty of both the phones. 3.5mm headphone jack is also available in S9 & S9+.
There will be no big change in the connectivity section of S9 & S9+ as they have almost same of S8 & S8+. Dimensions of S9 & S9+ are 148.9 x 68.1 x 8.0 mm and 159.5 x 73.4 x 8.1 mm respectively. Samsung S9 & S9+ will offer better battery life over its predecessors.
Both the phones will come with 6GB of RAM and the storage of 64GB. S9 and S9+ are supposed to come with the MicroSD card slot so the internal storage of them can be enhanced up to 256GB with the help of microSD card.
Price of Samsung S9 and S9+ haven’t been revealed.
