Coolpad Note 5 Lite with 3GB RAM launched in India for Rs 8199

Coolpad has added a new member in its Note series by launching Note 5 lite in India. It was first introduced at CES 2017 as Coolpad Conjr. The Smartphone is priced at Rs. 8199 and will be exclusively available via Amazon.in from 21st March 2017. It comes in Gold and Grey colors. At the launch event, Coolpad also announced that it has sold over 2 million Cool 1 Dual Smartphones across the globe.

As for the specs, Coolpad Note 5 lite has a 5 inch HD display with 2.5D curved glass, 70.6 percent screen to body ratio and 294ppi of pixel density. It is powered by a 1 GHz quad core Mediatek MT6735CP processor clubbed with 3 GB RAM and Mali 720 GPU. The Smartphone has 16GB of internal storage that’s further expandable up to 64GB using a Micro SD card.

On the photography front, it sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and an 8-megapixel front camera with LED flash. It runs on Android Marshmallow with cool UI 8.0 on top and bears a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel. Connectivity options include dual Sim, 4G VoLTE, bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Micro USB, 3.5mm audio jack.

A 2500 mAh battery keeps the phone alive that rated to offer up to 200 hours of standby time. It measures 145.3×72.3×8.7mm and weighs 148 grams.
