The most crucial features of the device could be GPU Turbo. As per the company, it will boost the operating system and extend battery usage. The operating system it will possess has not yet been cleared. Honor claims that its graphics processing is 60 percent more efficient than competitors  which reduces the device’s energy consumption up to 30 percent. Due to this it would lead to “almost full frame rates” and more stability.

With the GPU Turbo, there’s the Huawei Kirin 970 chip that is an old processor  which  was earlier powered in Huawei’s recent major phones like the P20 Pro. The device gets 4 GM RAM with 64 GB storage. The brand claims  that its ultra power saving mode on the Play would allow the user to watch the full season of a TV show on just one charge. It houses an impressive 3,750mAh battery.

The Honor Play packs in an AI 3D surround sound feature but only for PUBG Mobile. There is a 3.5mm headphone port too. The devices 4D Smart Shock transmits rich vibration feedback to players about what is happening in the game. The rest of the phone sounds capable but not earth-shattering. It gets dual lens camera on the back that has a 16-MP, f/2.0 camera with a secondary depth-sensing 2-MP sensor. It will also borrow AI imaging skills from the Honor stable that reduces camera shake, improves low-light performance etc.

The device claims to be the phone for gamers and is pitched at a price that makes it much more tempting though the real price has not been revealed for India.
