HTC One A9 with Octa Core SOC, Android Marshmallow launched in India for Rs. 29,990

After announcing One A9 last month, HTC has finally launched it in India at a price tag of Rs. 29,990. The Smartphone is exclusive to Snapdeal and will be available to buy from 15th December 2015. Registrations for the same will start tomorrow at 9 AM and will close on 14th December.

It packs a 5 inch full HD AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 pixels and 2.5D glass and Gorilla glass 4 protection. Under the heart is a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 with Octa core CPU paired with 3GB of RAM and Adreno 405 GPU.

The device includes 32GB on internal storage with an expandable storage option up to 2TB via Micro SD card. On photography front, it supports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, sapphire cover lens, BSI sensor, OIS (optical image stabilization), and 1080p video recording support. There is a 4-megapixel Ultra Pixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and 1080 video recording.

It is one of few Smartphones that run on latest Android Marshmallow 6.0 OS supported by HTC sense UI on top. On connectivity terms, it supports 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac (2.4 & 5 GHz), NFC and Micro USB.

The One A9 is fuelled by a 2150mah battery with Quick charge 3.0 technology. Other highlights include Hi-Res audio integration, Fingerprint sensor and Dolby audio.
