Silently Meizu has launched its latest budget smartphone M6, the successor to last year’s M5 in India. Established in 2003, Meizu is a Chinese consumer electronics firm that was established in 2003 and manufactures smartphones and music players. Meizu M6 has a polycarbonate body with a metal frame and metallic lines, it also sports a fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button that ensures to unlock the phone in 0.2 seconds. The smartphone features a 5.2 inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD 2.5D curved glass display and is powered by Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 processor with Mali T860 GPU. Meizu M6 runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) with Flyme OS 6.0 and is Hybrid Dual SIM (nano+nano/microSD). For connectivity the phone is equipped with 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11, GPS, GLONASS and Bluetooth 4.1 LE. It packs a battery of 3070 mAh battery and weighs 143g. The device also has a fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button.

The phone offers a 2GB RAM with 16 GB internal storage memory which can be further expanded up to 128 GB with a microSD card.
