Sony has launched its Xperia XZ2 the company’s flagship smartphone. The device was introduced at the MWC 2018 in Barcelona earlier this year. The added feature that the smart phone gets is front facing stereo speakers with S-Force front surround. Check out the detailed specs the Xperia handset comes with.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 gets a 5.7-inch18:9 HDR display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. For processor it is powered by an octa-core qualcomm snapdragon 845 mobile platform with adreno 630 GPU. The hybrid dual SIM phone runs on Android 8.0 (Oreo) OS and also possesses fingerprint sensor for security. Not only this, it also has a water resistant body. The connectivity options of the phone have 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Mimo, bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ Glonass, NFC, stereo speakers and USB 3.1 type-C. Its dimension measures 153 x 72 x 11.1 mm and it weighs 198 gram.
It has a 19MP rear camera with Exmos RS sensor, f/2.0 lens, 5-axis stabilization, 4K video recording and 960 fps slow-motion video facility. There is a 5MP front-facing shooter for selfies with 23mm super wide-angle, and f/2.2 aperture.
The phone is backed by a 3180mAh battery with qualcomm quick Charge 3.0, and Qi wireless charging.
On the storage front it gets 6GB RAM with 64GB internal memory and an expandable memory up to 400GB via microSD card.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 comes in liquid black color in India.
The handset is priced at 72,990 INR and will be available from August 1st through Sony center and select mobile stores in India.
