It seems Lava will soon launch a new Smartphone in the famous Iris series as the new handset named as Iris X10 is listed on e commerce website ‘Home Shop18’ in white color only. The device is priced at Rs. 10,990 and is currently out of stock on the e commerce site.

It packs in with a 5 inch HD screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 720×1280 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with massive 3GB of RAM and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box with Star UI on top.

Lava Iris X10 flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and a 5-megapixel front facing Snapper. It is equipped with 16 GB of in-built storage with an option to expand the memory via Micro SD card.

However, the highlighting point is availability of 4G LTE with support to LTE-FDD 1800 MHz (Band 3) and TDD-LTE 2300 MHz (Band 40) for India. It is fueled by backed by a 2900mAh battery which is claimed to deliver up to 15.3 hours of talk time and up to 849.2 hours of standby time.

Besides 4G LTE, it supports 3g HSPA+, bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3.5mm audio jack, Micro USB as connectivity options.
