The wait is over as Lenovo K8 Note, the latest K series smartphone has been launched in India. It is the first smartphone to be powered by Deca-Core Media TekHelio X23 64 bit processor that clocks at 2.3 GHz. The K8 Note is priced at Rs. 12,999 for 3GB RAM and 32GB storage and Rs. 13,999 for 4GB RAM and 64GB storage version. It will be available on Amazon from 18th August in Fine Gold and Venom black colours.
Besides, the device comes bundled with launch offers such as 80% off on Kindle eBooks and 64GB flat 4G data with unlimited calls at Rs.343 for 56 days on Idea.
Coming to the specs, it comes packed with 5.5 inches (1920 X 1080 pixels) full HD 2.5D curved glass display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The smartphone ships with Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box and measures 154.5 X 75.9 X 8.5 mm. Lenovo K8 Note has an expandable memory capacity up to 128GB with micro SD card.
On the optics front, it supports dual rear camera set up that includes a 13 MP camera with dual tone LED flash, PureCel plus OV13855 sensor, the secondary camera of 5MP with the S5K5E2 sensor. The smartphone has a front facing camera of a 13MP camera that comes with f/2.0 aperture, wide angle lens and LED flash for selfies.
Adding glamour to its specifications, Lenovo K8 has a fingerprint sensor and is splash resistant. For connectivity, it supports Dual Sim, 4G VOLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5 mm audio jack, FM radio, Dolby Atmos, GPS, and USB OTG.
