Lenovo Phab 2 with 6.4-inch display, 4050 mAh battery launched in India for Rs 11999

Lenovo has added another variant to its Phab series christened as Phab 2 in India. Price at Rs. 11,999, Phab 2 is a downgraded version of Phab 2 plus which was launched in the country last month. It will be exclusively available to Flipkart starting 9th December and it is being offered in Gunmetal grey and champagne Gold colors. As said, the downgraded version has lower screen resolution, lower camera, no fingerprint sensor on board and it also doesn’t have dual rear camera set up.

For specifications, Phab 2 sports a 6.4 inch HD display with 720*1280 pixels of screen resolution. It is powered by a 1.3GHz Mediatek MT6753 processor accompanied by 3GB RAM and Mali T-720GPU. The device includes 32GB on in-built storage, further expandable up to 128GB using a Micro SD card.

The camera segment includes a 13MP primary rear camera with LED flash, phase detection auto focus and a 5MP front facing with 85 degree wide angle lens for capturing wide shots. The primary camera claims to offer augmented reality (AR) effects. It runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 with Vibe UI on top.

The Smartphone features Dolby Atmos with 5.1 Dolby Audio Capture and Triple Array Microphone for audio recording with Active Noise cancellation. For connectivity Phab 2 supports Hybrid dual Sim slot, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS. The Lenovo Phab 2 measures 88.5x175x5.5 mm-9.6m and weighs 225 grams.
