As promised, Chinese Smartphone maker has launched its new Selfie focused Smartphone A57 in India. The Oppo A57 is priced at Rs. 14,990 and will be available via all the leading Offline and online retail stores like Amazon, Flipkart and Snapdeal in gold color hue. The device seems to have take design inspiration from Apple iPhone. The highlight of the device is a 16MP front facing camera with beautify 4.0 and bokeh effect.
Oppo A57 wears metal unibody design and flaunts a 5.2 inch full HD 2.5D curved display with a screen resolution of 1280*720 pixels and Corning Gorilla glass 4 protection. It is powered by an Octa core Snapdragon 435 processor coupled with 3GB RAM and Adreno 505 GPU. It offers 32GB of in-built storage which is further expandable up to 256GB using a Micro SD card.
The Camera segment includes a 13MP primary rear camera with LED flash, 5P lens, PDAF and f/2.2 aperture. Front facing camera gets 1.12um pixel, 5P lens and f/2.0 aperture. The Smartphone has a fingerprint sensor integrated at home button. Software wise, it boots Android Marshmallow based color OS 3.0.
In terms of connectivity, Oppo A57 offers dual Sim slots (hybrid), 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, Micro USB port and FM radio. The device measures 149.1×72.9×7.65mm and weighs in at 147 grams.
