Xiaomi Redmi 4A with Snapdragon 425, 4G VoLTE launched in India for Rs 5999

Chinese Smartphone manufacturer, Xiaomi has launched its new budget device in India called Redmi 4A at Rs 5,999. Brand’s most affordable handset will be available on Amazon India and Mi.com from 23rd March 2017. It comes in three color variants- Gold, dark gray and Rose gold while first two will be available at the first sale Rose Gold will be available from 6th April 2017. Besides, Xiaomi will soon launch the successor to Redmi 3S series in India.

Xiaomi Redmi 4A flaunts a 5 inch HD IPS display and powered by a 1.4 GHZ Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor clubbed with 2GB RAM and Adreno 308 GPU. It has 16GB of internal storage which can be further expanded up to 128GB using a Micro SD card. It runs on boots Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based MIUI 8.

On the optics front, the Smartphone sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.2 aperture and PDAF. Also, there is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. For connectivity, it offers 4G with VolTE, hybrid dual Sim, bluetooth 4.1, GPS, micro USB port, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), 3.5mm jack and FM radio.

Redmi 4A takes its juice from a 3120 mAh battery and weighs 131.5 grams.
