The home grown Smartphone maker Intex has launched Aqua view bundled with company’s first VR cardboard at a sticker price of Rs. 8999. The Smartphone will be available via offline retailers only in three color shades- white, grey and champagne. According to company, this is the first cardboard to come with Google certified VR viewer and the cardboard will work with Smartphones having accelerometer and gyroscope sensors.
Coming to the specifications, it flaunts a 5 inch HD 2.5D Curved display with pixel density of 293ppi and it is powered by a 1 GHz quad core Mediatek 64-bit processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It has 16GB of in-built storage which is further expandable up to 32GB using a Micro SD card. It bears 8MP of rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and 5MP of front facing camera. The primary features multiple modes such as motion tracker, gesture capture, ant-shake, live photo and face beauty mode.
The Dual SIM Smartphone also sports fingerprint sensor at the home button. In terms of connectivity, it includes 4G LTE with VoLTE support, bluetooth 4.0, GPS/A-GPS, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 3.5mm audio jack, FM radio and Micro USB. A 2200mah battery keeps the phone running and can give 7 hours of talktime and 9 days of standby time.
