Reliance digital has added another Smartphone to its elongated 4G LTE by launching Wind 7i which is an affordable version of Wind 7 introduced in August this year. The Lyf Wind 7i is priced at Rs. 4999 and comes in blue and black colors. The Smartphone runs on Android 6.0 out of the box while Wind 7 had dated Android 5.1 lollipop. Also it comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal memory whereas Wind 7 comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB in-built memory.
In terms of specifications, Wind 7i has a 5 inch HD IPS display with 1280*720 pixels of display resolution and AGC glass protection. Under the hood is a 1.3 GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor clubbed with 1GB RAM and Adreno 304 GPU. It includes 8GB of internal memory which can be further expanded up to 128GB using a Micro SD card.
In the optics front, it features an 8 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash and comes loaded with features like red eye reduction, video HDR, auto frame rate, blink detection, smile detection, panorama, gaze detection and continuous auto focus. For Selfies, it gets a 5MP front facing camera.
Apart from 4G VoLTE, connectivity options include dual Sim, WI-Fi 802.11b/g/n, GPS, bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB 2.0, USB OTG, FM radio and 3.5 mm audio jack. It packs with a 2250mah battery which is rated to deliver up to 9 hours of talktime and 180 hours of standby time. It measures 143.5 x 72 x 8.7mm and weighs 156 grams. The wind 7i is loaded with some special features such as Slide up to unlock, Double Tap to Wake, Flip to Mute, Music Player Control gestures, Slide down to open camera and black Screen gestures for App unlocking.
