Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime with fingerprint sensor launched in India at Rs. 18,790

After launching in Vietnam last week, Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime has arrived on the Indian shores but there is no official confirmation yet. The Smartphone is available for Rs. 18,790 and found listed on e-commerce website onlymobiles in Gold and Black hue. One of the highlights of this mid range Smartphone is the Fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button.

Featuring metal unibody design, the J7 Prime comes with 5.5 inch full HD TFT display with 2.5D glass featuring screen resolution of 1920*1080 pixels and corning Gorilla glass 4 for protection. It is backed by a 1.6 GHz Octa Core Exynos 7870 processor which is linked to 3GB of RAM and has 16GB of in-built storage that’s further expandable up to 256GB using a Micro SD card.

The Smartphone runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 out of the box with company’s latest touch wiz UI on top and offers NFC based S bike mode first seen on 2016 version of J3.

The camera department includes a 13 Megapixel rear camera with f/1.9 aperture and LED flash, there is also an 8 MP front facing camera with f/1.9 aperture on board. Connectivity features include dual Sim Slots, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, GPS, GLONASS, bluetooth 4.1, 3.5mm jack and FM radio. A 3300mah battery completes the package.
