YU Yunique Plus officially launched in India for Rs. 6999

After being listed on company’s official website for days, the YU Yunique plus has been launched in India. The successor to Yu Yunique is priced at Rs. 6999 and comes with beefed up RAM while rest of specs is similar to previous model. It will be available in black hue at leading retail stores across India.

Coming to the specifications, it flaunts a 4.7 inch fully laminated IPS display and protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla glass 3. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor clubbed with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 306 GPU for graphics. It packs 8GB of internal memory out of which 4.7GB left vacant for the user though it can be further expanded up to 32GB using a Micro SD card.

Running on Android 5.1 Lollipop based Cyanogen 12.1 OS; it bears an 8MP rear camera supporting LED, f/2.0 aperture. For Selfies and video calling, it gets a 2MP front snapper with 82 degree wide angle lens and f/2.4 aperture.

Yu Yunique Plus supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n with hot spot, bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3G HSPA+, USB host, GPS/A-GPS, GLONASS, Micro USB 2.0, and FM Radio with recording feature. Measuring 134.5 x 67.5 x 8.3 mm the device weighs 128 grams and fuelled by a 2000mah battery claims to offer up to 7 hours of talktime.
