HUAWEI’s HONOR has introduced HONOR V40 5G, the company’s latest top-end smartphone in the V series. It comes with dual selfie cameras and a unique gradient design on the back panel in different shades. The back has a glossy and matte AG glass finish, packs a 4000mAh battery with 66W fast charging that can charge up to 60% in 15 minutes, and also supports 50W wireless fast charging.

The smartphone features a 6.72-inch FHD OLED 120 Hz curved display with up to 800 nits brightness and is powered by Octa-CoreDimensity 1000+ 7nm processor with a Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. Honor V40 5G runs on Magic UI 4.0, based on Android 11, and offers Dual SIM (nano + nano). It has an in-display fingerprint scanner and stereo speakers. The device has a powerful 4000mAh battery with 66W fast charging that can charge up to 60% in 15 minutes and also supports 50W wireless fast charging. For connectivity, it offers 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS, and USB Type-C.

Honor V40 5G is equipped with a multiple-camera setup at the back and front. On the back, the phone includes a 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a laser autofocus sensor. This comes with LED flash support. The dual selfie camera setup integrated into the pill-shaped cutout on the display includes a 16-megapixel main camera and a Time of Flight lens for depth information.
