Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO has launched its F1 that is the company’s first smartphone in India. The device features a hard-coated polycarbonate uni-body design and also gets Kevlar back option called Armored Edition which uses Kevlar aramid fibre. It gets a fingerprint sensor at the back and has IR face unlock that can unlock the phone 0.4 seconds, even in pitch darkness. The POCO F1 packs a 6.18-inch Full HD+ 18.7:9 2.5D curved glass display, 1500:1 contrast ratio, 84% NTSC color gamut, and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. For processor it gets an octa-core qualcomm snapdragon 845 mobile platform with adreno 630 GPU. It gets fingerprint sensor and is a hybrid dual SIM phone that runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with MIUI 9 and is up gradable to Android 9.0 (Pie). The handset’s connectivity options have dual 4G+ VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C, 3.5mm audio jack, dirac HD, and dual smart PA. Its dimension measures 155.5x 75.3x 8.8 mm and it weighs 180 gram.

For optics it gets 12MP rear camera with dual LED Flash, f/1.9 aperture, Sony IMX363 sensor, a secondary 5MP camera with samsung sensor and a 20MP front-facing shooter with ƒ/2.0 aperture.
