Samsung launched the company’s latest smartphone in the F series in India, the Galaxy F22. The phone features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a plastic back. The handset has a water drop-style notch at the front, a slight chin at the bottom, and a square-shaped camera module at the back. Check out other specifications of the phone below:

The smartphone features a 6.4-inch (1600 x 720 pixels) HD+ 20:9 Infinity-U HD+ Super AMOLED display, 90Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection and is powered by Octa-Core MediaTek Helio G80 12nm processor with ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and Face Unlock support. The device runs on Android 11 with OneUI Core 3.1 and offers Dual SIM (nano + nano + microSD). It supports Samsung Pay Mini. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5, NFC, and more. Samsung Galaxy F22 packs a 6,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
The smartphone is available in two storage variants: 4GB LPDDR4x RAM with 64GB internal storage and 6GB LPDDR4x RAM, 128GB internal storage with expandable memory up to 256GB with microSD.
There is a quad-camera setup on the back of the Samsung Galaxy F22 that includes a 48-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, the phone features a 13-megapixel selfie camera inside the water drop-style notch.

The Samsung Galaxy F22 is available in Denim Black and Denim Blue colors, is priced at INR. 12,499 for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version and the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs INR. 14,499. It will be available from Flipkart starting from July 13th. As an introductory offer, pre-order orders get Rs. 1000 discount, so the effective starting price is INR. 11,499.
